Website Privacy Policy

Article 1 (Scope)

This Policy applies to the Website alone. Each application of the Developer is governed by its own privacy policy, which sets forth the handling of information on the device of the user thereof; such policies are listed in the legal index. The Website provides no user accounts and no sign-in function, and the Developer does not sell any information obtained through the Website.

Article 2 (Analytics)

The Website uses Google Analytics (measurement ID G-TR87KGFJS9) for the purposes of counting visits and determining which pages are read. Google Analytics sets cookies in the browser of the Visitor and reports to Google, which processes such data on behalf of the Developer. The Developer uses such data solely to determine what content to publish on the Website, and for no other purpose.

A Visitor may block Google Analytics by means of any content blocker or of the tracking protection functions of the Visitor's browser, and the Website functions identically in such case.

Article 3 (Hosting and Server Logs)

The Website is served as static files by Cloudflare. In the course of serving the Website, the infrastructure of Cloudflare processes the information contained in each request, namely the IP address of the Visitor, the page requested, the time of the request and the user agent of the browser, for the purposes of delivering the page and of defending against attacks and abuse. The Developer does not compile profiles from such information and does not combine it with any other information.

Article 4 (Correspondence)

Where any person sends an email to support@shosin-labs.com, the Developer retains the message and the email address of the sender for such period as is necessary to respond thereto and to understand the problem reported, ordinarily together with the corresponding issue in the issue tracker of the Developer. Such information is used solely for the purposes of responding and of remedying the problem reported, and not for marketing; the Developer operates no mailing list.

Article 5 (Links to Third-Party Services)

Pages of the Website contain links to the App Store, to Google Play and to the websites of the applications of the Developer. A Visitor who follows any such link is thereupon subject to the privacy policy of the destination service, which applies from the moment of the Visitor's arrival thereon.

Article 6 (Rights of Data Subjects)

Any person may, by writing to support@shosin-labs.com, request disclosure of the information held by the Developer concerning that person, or the correction or deletion of such information, and the Developer shall respond to any such request. Depending on the jurisdiction in which such person resides, such person may also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection authority.

Article 7 (Amendment of this Policy)

In the event of any change to the practices set forth in this Policy, including in particular any change to the analytics used on the Website, the date of last update indicated at the top of this page shall be revised and this Policy shall be updated in the same release.
