要点。 禁煙アプリ(Quit Smoking / 戒烟应用)にアカウント登録はなく、入力された記録はお客様の端末内だけに保存されます。再喫煙の理由や日記のメモといった文章が当社に送信されることはありません。当社が取得するのは匿名の利用状況のみです。広告は一切なく、当社がお客様の個人情報を販売することもありません。
本ポリシーは、Shosin Labs(以下「当社」)が提供する 禁煙アプリ(英語版 Quit Smoking / 中国語版 戒烟应用、iOS / Android)における情報の取り扱いについて説明するものです。
アプリに入力される内容は、すべて端末内のアプリ専用領域(iOS ではアプリと Home 画面ウィジェットが共有する App Group)に保存されます。当社のサーバーに送られることはありません。
これらを当社が受け取ること、保存すること、閲覧することは一切ありません。
アプリには Google Firebase Analytics が組み込まれており、どの機能が使われているかを把握するために、限定的かつ匿名の情報を取得します。

お客様が書いた文章は含まれません。 再喫煙の理由・場所・振り返り・対策、日記のメモ、貯金目標の名前は、いずれも取得の対象外です。メモについて当社が知りうるのは「書かれたかどうか」だけです。
現行バージョンに、この取得を停止するアプリ内スイッチはありません。アプリをアンインストールすることで完全に停止できます。
設定画面のフィードバック機能をお客様が実際に送信したときだけ、入力された本文、アプリのバージョン、および上記の匿名識別子が当社のサーバーに送信されます。お名前やメールアドレスの入力欄はなく、当社から取得することもありません。
節目のお知らせと最初の一週間の毎日リマインダーは、すべて端末内で組み立てられるローカル通知です。当社のサーバーからプッシュ通知を送ることはなく、通知のためにお客様の情報が送信されることもありません。通知を許可しなくても、その他の機能はすべて利用できます。
これ以外にアプリはネットワーク接続を必要とせず、記録・計算・ウィジェットの表示は完全にオフラインで動作します。
端末の標準バックアップ(iOS の iCloud バックアップ、Android の自動バックアップ)により、アプリのデータがお客様ご自身のアカウントに保存されることがあります。当社はそこにアクセスできません。端末の設定でオフにできます。アプリ自体が当社のサーバーとデータを同期することはありません。
アプリに広告は一切ありません。広告 SDK も、アプリ間・サイト間のトラッキングもありません。当社がお客様のデータをターゲティング広告に利用することはなく、個人情報を販売・貸与することもありません。
当社は、お客様の個人情報を第三者に提供しません。ただし、上記の匿名の利用状況は、当社の委託先である Google によって処理されます(Firebase のプライバシー情報)。法令により開示が求められる場合を除きます。
本アプリは子供向けのアプリではなく、当社が子供から意図的に個人情報を取得することはありません。
本ポリシーを変更した場合は、本ページ冒頭の日付を更新します。将来のバージョンで、記録の内容を端末外へ送信する機能を導入する場合には、その機能がお客様に提供される前に、本ポリシーと各ストアのプライバシー開示を更新します。

The short version. Quit Smoking has no accounts, and everything you enter stays on your device. The things you write — why you relapsed, your diary notes — are never sent to us. We collect only anonymous usage statistics. There is no advertising, and we do not sell your personal data.
This policy explains how Shosin Labs ("we", "us") handles information in connection with Quit Smoking (禁煙アプリ in Japanese, 戒烟应用 in Chinese) for iOS and Android.
Everything you enter is stored in the app's private storage on your device (on iOS, an App Group shared with the Home Screen widget). None of it reaches our servers.
We do not receive, store, or have any ability to access any of it.
The app includes Google Firebase Analytics, which collects a limited amount of anonymous information so we can understand which features are used.

Nothing you write is included. The reason, place, reflection and prevention plan on a relapse record, your diary notes, and the name of a savings goal are all out of scope. All we can know about a note is whether one exists.
The current version has no in-app switch to stop this collection. Uninstalling the app stops it completely.
Only when you actually send feedback from Settings, the text you typed, the app version, and the anonymous identifier above are sent to our own server. There is no field for your name or email address, and we do not obtain either.
Milestone notifications and the daily reminders through the first week are local notifications, assembled entirely on your device. We do not send push notifications from a server, and no information about you is transmitted in order to deliver them. Declining the notification permission leaves every other feature working.
The app needs no other network access. Recording, calculating and the widget all work fully offline.
Your device's standard backup (iCloud Backup on iOS, Auto Backup on Android) may store the app's data in your own account. We cannot access it, and you can turn it off in your device settings. The app itself never syncs your data to our servers.
The app has no advertising. There are no ad SDKs and no cross-app or cross-site tracking. We do not use your data for targeted advertising, and we do not sell or rent personal information.
We do not share your personal information with third parties. The anonymous usage information above is processed by Google as our processor (Firebase privacy information). We may disclose information where required by law.
This app is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page. If a future version introduces a feature that sends the contents of your records off the device, we will update this policy and the store privacy disclosures before that feature reaches you.

本政策说明 Shosin Labs（以下称"我们"）提供的 戒烟应用（日语版 禁煙アプリ / 英语版 Quit Smoking，iOS / Android）如何处理信息。
你在应用中输入的全部内容，都保存在设备上应用专属的存储区域（在 iOS 上是应用与主屏幕小组件共享的 App Group），不会发送到我们的服务器。
我们不会接收、保存或以任何方式查看这些内容。
应用中集成了 Google Firebase Analytics，用于收集有限的匿名信息，以便了解哪些功能在被使用。

你写下的文字不在其中。 复吸记录的原因、地点、反思与应对方案，日记的备忘录，以及省钱目标的名称，都不在收集范围内。关于备忘录，我们能知道的只有"是否写了"。
当前版本没有关闭该收集的应用内开关。卸载应用即可完全停止。
只有在你确实点击发送设置中的反馈功能时，你输入的正文、应用版本以及上述匿名标识符才会发送到我们自己的服务器。反馈界面没有姓名或邮箱输入框，我们也不会获取这些信息。
里程碑提醒和第一周的每日提醒都是在设备本地生成的本地通知。我们不会从服务器推送通知，也不会为了发送通知而传输你的任何信息。即使不允许通知，其他功能也都可以正常使用。
除此之外应用不需要任何网络连接，记录、计算与小组件显示均可完全离线运行。
设备的标准备份（iOS 的 iCloud 备份、Android 的自动备份）可能会把应用数据保存到你自己的账号中。我们无法访问，你也可以在设备设置中关闭。应用本身不会把你的数据同步到我们的服务器。
应用中没有任何广告，没有广告 SDK，也没有跨应用或跨站点追踪。我们不会将你的数据用于定向广告，也不会出售或出租个人信息。
我们不会向第三方提供你的个人信息。上述匿名使用信息由我们的受托方 Google 处理（Firebase 隐私说明）。法律要求披露的情形除外。
本应用不面向儿童，我们不会有意收集儿童的个人信息。
本政策如有变更，我们会更新本页顶部的日期。若未来版本引入把记录内容发送到设备之外的功能，我们会在该功能触达你之前更新本政策及各商店的隐私披露。
