本ポリシーは、Shosin Labs(以下「当社」)が提供する当社ウェブサイトおよび Murmur アプリ(iOS / Android)における情報の取り扱いについて説明するものです。
Murmur は、最も機微な情報——お客様が実際に話した内容——が当社に届かないように設計されています。
当社がお客様の録音や文字起こしを受け取ること、保存すること、閲覧することは一切ありません。
Murmur には Google Firebase Analytics および Firebase Crashlytics が組み込まれており、アプリの利用状況の把握と不具合修正のために、限定的かつ匿名の技術情報を取得します。

これらに、お客様の音声、文字起こし、メモ、話者の名前、検索語が含まれることはありません。
現行バージョンの Murmur に、この取得を停止するアプリ内スイッチはありません。アプリをアンインストールすることで完全に停止できます。
これ以外に Murmur はネットワーク接続を必要としません。モデルの導入後は、録音と文字起こしは完全にオフラインで動作します。
Murmur に広告は一切ありません。広告 SDK も、アプリ間・サイト間のトラッキングもありません。当社がお客様のデータをターゲティング広告に利用することはなく、個人情報を販売・貸与することもありません。
当社は、お客様の個人情報を第三者に提供しません。ただし、上記の匿名の分析・クラッシュ情報は、当社の委託先である Google によって処理されます(Firebase のプライバシー情報)。法令により開示が求められる場合を除きます。
Murmur は子供向けのアプリではなく、当社が子供から意図的に個人情報を取得することはありません。
本ポリシーを変更した場合は、本ページ冒頭の日付を更新します。将来のバージョンで、内容を端末外へ送信する機能を導入する場合には、その機能がお客様に提供される前に、本ポリシーと各ストアのプライバシー開示を更新します。

The short version. Murmur records and transcribes on your device. Your audio recordings and their transcripts are never uploaded to us, and we cannot read them. We collect only anonymous usage statistics and crash reports, which never contain your audio or your words. Murmur has no advertising and no accounts, and we do not sell your personal data.
This policy explains how Shosin Labs ("we", "us") handles information in connection with our website and the Murmur app for iOS and Android.
Murmur is built so that the sensitive material — what you actually said — never reaches us.
We do not receive, store, or have any ability to access your recordings or transcripts.
Murmur includes Google Firebase Analytics and Firebase Crashlytics, which collect a limited amount of anonymous, technical information so we can understand how the app is used and fix crashes.

This data never includes your audio, your transcripts, your notes, your speaker names, or your search terms.
In the current version of Murmur there is no in-app switch to turn this collection off. You can stop it entirely by uninstalling the app.
Apart from these, Murmur does not need a network connection. Once a model is installed, recording and transcription work fully offline.
Murmur contains no advertising, no advertising SDKs, and no cross-app or cross-site tracking. We do not use your data for targeted advertising, and we do not sell or rent your personal information.
We do not share your personal information with third parties, except that the anonymous analytics and crash data described above is processed on our behalf by Google as our service provider. See Firebase's privacy information. We may disclose information if we are legally required to do so.
Murmur is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page. If a future version of Murmur introduces a feature that sends any content off your device, we will update this policy and the app's store privacy disclosures before that feature becomes available to you.
