要点。 bMusic にアカウントはなく、音楽ファイル・アートワーク・歌詞そのものが当社に送られることはありません。ただし本アプリは Google Firebase Analytics による利用状況の計測を含んでおり、そこには再生した曲のタイトル・アーティスト名・アルバム名などのタグ情報が含まれます。広告はなく、個人情報の販売も行いません。
本ポリシーは、Shosin Labs（以下「当社」）が iOS 向け bMusic に関連して情報をどのように取り扱うかを説明するものです。
取り込んだ音楽ファイル、アートワーク、プレイリスト、タグ、再生回数、年ごとの再生レポートは、すべて端末内のアプリ専用領域（ウィジェットと共有する App Group を含む）に保存されます。音声ファイルそのものが当社のサーバーに送られることはありません。
iCloud 同期をオンにした場合、曲・音声ファイル・アートワーク・プレイリスト・再生回数はお客様ご自身の iCloud プライベートデータベースを通じてお客様の端末間で同期します。これは Apple とお客様の間のもので、当社はその内容を参照できません。
本アプリには Google Firebase Analytics が組み込まれており、どの機能が使われているかを把握するための情報を送信します。

ここは明確にお伝えします。 上記のとおり、再生・編集した曲のタイトルとアーティスト名は当社の分析基盤（Google）に送信されます。音声そのもの、アートワーク画像、歌詞は送信されません。本バージョンにはこの送信を停止するアプリ内スイッチがありません。アプリを削除すると完全に停止します。
bMusic が読み取れる端末のセンサーは 3 つです。いずれも 1 つの画面が 1 つの目的のために開くもので、読み取りの前に iOS が許可を求めます。
3 つとも iOS の「設定」App からいつでも取り消せます。取り消しても bMusic のそれ以外の機能は動作します。
これ以外の通信は行いません。再生、ライブラリ管理、歌詞の文字起こし（端末内で処理されます）はオフラインで動作します。
端末の標準バックアップ（iCloud バックアップ）にアプリのデータが含まれる場合がありますが、それはお客様ご自身のアカウント内です。当社は参照できません。
本アプリに広告はありません。広告 SDK も、アプリ間・サイト間のトラッキングもありません。IDFA（広告識別子）は取得しません。ターゲティング広告への利用も、個人情報の販売・貸与も行いません。
当社はお客様の個人情報を第三者に提供しません。上記の利用状況情報は当社の処理者として Google が処理します（Firebase のプライバシー情報）。法令に基づき開示が必要な場合を除きます。
本アプリはお子様を対象としたものではなく、お子様から意図的に個人情報を収集することはありません。
本ポリシーを変更する場合は、本ページ上部の日付を更新します。送信する情報の範囲を広げる変更を行う場合は、その機能がお客様に届く前に本ポリシーと各ストアのプライバシー表示を更新します。

The short version. bMusic has no accounts, and your audio files, artwork and lyrics never reach us. The app does include Google Firebase Analytics, and that measurement does include the title, artist and album of the songs you play. There is no advertising, and we do not sell your personal data.
This policy explains how Shosin Labs ("we", "us") handles information in connection with bMusic for iOS.
The audio files you import, their artwork, your playlists, tags, play counts and yearly listening reports are all stored in the app's private storage on your device (including an App Group shared with the Home Screen widget). The audio files themselves are never sent to our servers.
If you turn on iCloud sync, your songs, audio files, artwork, playlists and play counts sync between your own devices through your own iCloud private database. That is between you and Apple; we cannot read any of it.
The app includes Google Firebase Analytics, which sends information about which features are used.

Stated plainly. As above, the titles and artists of the songs you play and edit are sent to our analytics provider (Google). The audio itself, the artwork images and the lyrics are not. This version has no in-app switch to stop that. Uninstalling the app stops it completely.
bMusic can read three of the device's sensors. Each is opened by one screen, for one purpose, and iOS asks your permission before any of them is read.
All three can be withdrawn at any time in the iOS Settings app, and the rest of bMusic works without them.
The app makes no other network connections. Playback, library management and on-device lyric transcription all work offline.
Your device's standard backup (iCloud Backup) may include the app's data, in your own account. We cannot access it.
The app has no advertising. There are no ad SDKs and no cross-app or cross-site tracking. We do not collect the IDFA (advertising identifier). We do not use your data for targeted advertising, and we do not sell or rent personal information.
We do not share your personal information with third parties. The usage information above is processed by Google as our processor (Firebase privacy information). We may disclose information where required by law.
This app is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page. If a future version widens what is sent off the device, we will update this policy and the store privacy disclosures before that change reaches you.

明确说明。 如上所述，你播放和编辑的歌曲的曲名与艺人会发送给我们的统计服务方（Google）。音频本身、封面图片和歌词不会。本版本没有关闭该统计的应用内开关。卸载应用即可完全停止。
bMusic 能读取的设备传感器有三个。每一个都由一个画面为一个目的打开，读取之前 iOS 都会先向你请求授权。
这三项授权都可以随时在 iOS「设置」中撤销，撤销之后 bMusic 的其余功能照常使用。
除此之外应用不发起其他网络连接。播放、曲库管理和设备端歌词转写都可离线工作。
设备的标准备份（iCloud 备份）可能包含应用数据，但那保存在你自己的账户中，我们无法访问。
本应用没有广告，没有广告 SDK，也没有跨应用或跨站点追踪。我们不收集 IDFA（广告标识符），不将你的数据用于定向广告，也不出售或出租个人信息。
我们不向第三方提供你的个人信息。上述使用信息由 Google 作为我们的处理方进行处理（Firebase 隐私说明）。法律要求披露的情形除外。
本应用不面向儿童，我们不会有意收集儿童的个人信息。
本政策如有变更，我们会更新本页顶部的日期。若未来版本扩大发送到设备之外的信息范围，我们会在该变更触达你之前更新本政策及各商店的隐私披露。
